Gabriel Dym Joins Eckert Seamans’ Boston Office

Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, a full-service national law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Litigation Division Associate Gabriel T. Dym to the Boston office.

Gabe Dym concentrates his practice on commercial litigation matters and has significant experience in all phases of complex business litigation, professional liability defense, and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. He represents clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, administrative proceedings, arbitrations, and mediation. Prior to joining private practice, Dym served as an Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, prosecuting criminal cases in courts throughout Middlesex County. He earned his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Tufts University.
