|  |  | Dick Westerhoff has practiced in all phases of patent, trademark and copyright law for over 40 years. As a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, he has dealt with a broad range of technologies, with particular emphasis on complex electrical and mechanical systems including computer technology. Prior to practicing law, Dick was an engineer with General Electric and then a fighter pilot in the United States Air Force.
