| |  | Ed Walter concentrates his practice in the area of general civil litigation with particular emphasis on product liability and mass tort litigation. Ed has headed the implementation and management of several large scale document production projects, specifically the discovery, information management/electronic discovery process for product liability litigation.
- Representation of large corporations with respect to complex product liability and toxic tort litigation involving pharmaceutical and chemical products;
- Representation of large corporations regarding the preservation, collection, review and production of electronic evidence in state and federal courts with an emphasis on attorney-client privilege and work product doctrine issues;
- Trial team representation of manufacturer of chemical products;
- Additional litigation experience involving creditors' rights issues, representation of secured lenders, foreclosures and breach of contract.
