Jessica Wuebker concentrates her practice in the area of professional liability litigation. Prior to joining Eckert Seamans, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frank Palumbo of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. During law school, she interned in both the Philadelphia Office the District Attorney, where she handled matters concerning the Fourth Amendment, as well as the San Francisco Municipal Transit Agency, where she worked on matters related to ordinances and administrative codes affecting the taxi industry.
