| |  | Lauren Wyler focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions and real estate finance with emphasis on representing financial institutions on mortgage originations, construction loans and conduit deals. She also advises clients on the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial properties.
Prior to returning to private practice, Lauren was senior counsel to a global financial institution where she worked on large syndicated loan transactions, corporate spin-offs involving real estate and sales of trophy buildings. She has first-hand experience with both the legal and business issues facing her clients.
